All activities are divided into three categories:

• MOVE (all types of yoga and dance-movement classes)

• RELAX (breathwork and soundbath practices)

• CREATE (painting sessions)

All studio teachers responsibly adapt poses to different body capabilities, taking into account individual preparation, physical capacity and previous injuries. For those who have never tried yoga classes, we recommend booking a private introductory yoga class with a selected teacher. If you want to start in a group, we recommend starting with mindful yoga, hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga classes.

Also, we invite you to follow the studio's news and participate in special introductory yoga classes (led by teacher Paula).

We provide all the tools for practice in the studio - mats, blankets, cushions, so you don't need to bring anything.

Yes, if you have never visited the studio before, we invite you to use a special discount code and try any of the chosen practices at a lower price. Find out how to do this by clicking here: http://esudabar.lt/isbandyk

You can cancel or reschedule your practice registration at least 3 hours before it starts (12 hours if it's a morning practice). You can do this in your account by logging in with the email address you used to register for the practice. If you cancel later, the money is not refunded and the practice is not rescheduled.

If fewer than 2 people register for the practice, the practice is automatically canceled. In this case, you will receive a cancellation letter (no later than 3 hours before the start of the internship, no later than 12 hours before the start of the morning practice).

If you have a MOVE unlimited 6-month membership, it can be suspended for two weeks. Please inform us about this by e-mail kristina@esudabar.lt

Other memberships are not suspended.

If you decide to cancel your membership due to a change in circumstances, you can transfer it to another person at no additional cost. If you wish to cancel your membership completely, a cancellation fee equal to the price of one month's membership applies.

Yes, the studio can be rented for a personal event, practice or project. The hourly rental price is 40 EUR + VAT. All activities in the studio take place without outdoor shoes. More information about the space and photo gallery can be found here: http://esudabar.lt/nuoma

On your gift voucher you will find a code (example code: RTF451KUSD4PKYT2), which you can use to register for any studio practice and event.

When registering for regular classes, select "Pay for this session" in the "Payment" section. After clicking "Pay", you will see the "Use gift card" section in the order summary where you must enter your unique gift voucher code.

Gift vouchers can be used multiple times.

The studio gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
