Vinyasa Yoga
Flow

With Kristė /  Indre Anicca

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 18:00

Depending on the needs, this class is held in Lithuanian or English.

This is a dynamic practice where movement is synchronized with breath. Vinyasa practice is always unique and different each time. Throughout the practice, we seek for new sensations, enhance flexibility, test our balance, strengthen muscles and strive to better understand our body. The practice always concludes with a deeply relaxing shavasana.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow is well-suited for both beginners (level 1) and those more advanced (level 2).

YOGA TEACHER

Kristė Sedlevičiūtė

I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher, deeply passionate about fostering connections and sharing positive energy. My journey began in the yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh, India, where I earned my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certification. I further refined my skills in anatomy, meditation, and Yin Yoga during a 100-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Adam Stonebraker. My commitment to learning continued with various yoga trainings in London, where I delved into yoga, anatomy, meditation, philosophy, and movement.

As a teacher, I aim to harmonise the rich traditions of yoga with modern movement science. I offer personalised guidance to help individuals reach their unique goals, whether it's stress relief, increased strength, flexibility, better balance, or improved overall health.  I emphasise adapting yoga poses to suit each person's unique body, experiences, and abilities rather than conforming to a single "correct" version of a pose. In my classes, everyone is encouraged to listen to their own body.

Through my teaching, I aim to bring peace and well-being to those I guide on their yoga mats.

YOGA TEACHER

Indrė Anicca

Yoga came into my life at a time when I was living a very fast-paced, intense, and anxiety-filled life in London. Yoga caught my attention as a new way to move my body, become stronger, and more flexible, and gradually it became my therapy, helping me to withstand the challenges life threw at me and to find inner peace.

During yoga practice, I felt for the first time, what it feels like to quiet the thoughts that constantly weighed me down. Through yoga, I found comfort and ease just by being in the present moment, finally experiencing and learning what it means to let go of worries about the past or the future.

Various emotions still visit me, as life does not get easier, but the way I react to the challenges thrown at me has changed. I can accept and withstand them more easily and more calmly. This journey will probably never end. But that hour when we meet to seek a sense of peace, to return to ourselves, is the activity where I feel at home, and I am immensely happy to accompany you there.
