Mindful date night

We invite you and your partner to experience something truly meaningful together. Rather than just going out to a nice restaurant for a date, we want to offer a very special and romantic workshop for couples who would like to bring even more playfulness, trust and depth into their relationship. To create an intimate environment, the maximum capacity of the workshop is 8 couples.

The event will be hosted by Partner Acrobatic coach & Circus Artist Evan Josef (United States) and breathing & meditation instructor Kristina (Lithuania).

For the active part, we have chosen the best couple games and movement exercises that act as fun and exciting tools for growing closer to one another. The goal of these exercises is to:

• Better understand one another.
• Invite more play and silliness into the relationship
• Learning how to trust, support and surrender to one another all at the same time
• Strengthening all forms of communication verbal and non-verbal alike
• And of course learning some cool and exciting tricks in the process

The second part of the workshop is going to be calmer and even more intimate. We will try out a special breathing technique for deeper emotional connection and do a gratitude practice ( in couples). You will also be guided through a relaxing meditation with different sounds of music.

For the final part, we will invite you to enjoy some non alco drinks on the house and have your own little date in our spacious studio, sharing experiences or simply winding down before going home.

Price for couple - 80 EUR (early bird) / 95 EUR (regular)

Useful information:

• Duration of the workshop is 2.5hr and you are welcome to have your own date for as long as you want :)
• We recommend bringing comfortable clothes for the active part (there is a changing room in the studio).
• Drinks are included!
